Abstract

The aim of this paper is the knowledge and the importance of marketing and sales, which focuses on the care and altention of consumers, through the positioning of their products or services as part of the business success of the market. The survey aims to present such a concept of sales where the seller concentrates on a product or service that can give consumers a new added value, as well as a common interest and potential benefits and values. The subject of the research of this paper is based on the concept of esta blishing an interactive relationship of marketing, sales and consumers in order to achieve the interests of consumers and the business success of the company. Work aims to achieve such a level of interest that will represent an open communication between businesses and consumers in order to satisfy the interests of consumers with the profit of the company.
