Abstract

In today's social, political and business environment the public opinion and the support of the public is the basis that is socially significant and it brings a certain positive image to a certain organisation. This paper tries to find the answer to the question what is the efficiency of the accomplishment of the objectives and goals set to the public appearances as promotional activities of certain organisations. The main objective to this paper is to set and mantain the successful model of public appearances in order to accomplish the strategic objectives of an organisation, measured by the gaining the support of the public and change of attitude of an individual or a group, considering the questions having significance to the life of the organisation.
