The main goal of this paper is to understand the elements for assessing the efficiency of investment management. By adopting the basic goal of the investigation, the dilemmas will be resolved and we will adhere to the recommendations that will enable the acquisition of knowledge about the impertance of investment and governance. The results of the research, discussion and recommendations will eliminate the dilemmas and enable knowledge about the importance of investment for development and management. The results of the survey provided a reliable basis for theoretical analysis of investment management from the social point of view as well as for the impertance of investments at the enterprise point of view. The efficiency of investment management is mesasured by the efficiency of management through the system of learning about problems and taking measures that will contribute to the development of the company through investments. The importance of active investment management through the allocation of assets and the significance of decisions for applying the model of efficient securities analysis was emphasised. The conclusion is that investment can achieve a competitive advantage in terms of achieving maximum effects measured by the interdependence of investments and effective management.
