ENVIRONMENTAL CRISIS IN THE MODERN POLIS

The world ecological crisis, which caused significant changes in other areas of life, will affect the quality of life in big cities – the polis. The authors, based on the relevant analysis, they find that climate change will have an impact on national and regional security systems and will further complicate the contemporary international relations. So, the authors summarize their conclusions and suggest specific measures at the national, regional and global levels need to be taken to prevent the extremely adverse consequences of environmental disasters and climate change in urban areas.
