ATIPIC PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS IN FRANCE OF 2017.

According to estimates of analysts „atypical, unprecedented and crazy,” the French presidential elections were held in April and May of 2017 took place in a turbulent political context. The European Union and France were shaken by migrant crisis, Islamic terrorism and Brexit. The election victory of Emmanuel Macron candidate of center-left organization „ In Movement (En marche)” reflects a tendency to marginalized the classical division of the national-patriotic and family-conservative right one and autenticly socialisthumanist Left on the other side. The new political divide held two ideologies that are increasingly in conflict on the territory of the European countries. It is the ideology of neoconservatism with strong national identity charge and and neoliberal globalism. The new President of France Emmanuel Makron is clear that European Union such as it is, can not survive and that needs to be reformed to be able to meet the expectations of its citizens and withstand the crisis hit in the world.
