UTICAJ TIMSKOG RADA NA KREIRANJE INOVATIVNIH ORGANIZACIJA I POVEĆANJE KONKURENTNOSTI

Иновације представљају кључну покретачку снагу развоја и напретка сваке организације. Да би обезбедила и повећала конкурентност организација своју пословну стратегију треба да заснива на знању и иновативности. Основу иновативности чини тимски рад који може довести до повећања пословних перформанси. Предмет истраживања овог рада је анализа чинилаца тимског рада са циљем креирања отвореног модела иновативности, који почива на сарадњи и размени знања и искуства. Овај модел резултира увођењем нових производа, услуга или нових пословних процеса и укључује запослене, купце и пословне партнере. Истраживање је показало је да тимски рад зависи од бројних чинилаца, као што су вештине сарадника, синергија, иновативност и квалитет. Утицајем на поменуте чиниоце постижу се боље менаџмент перформансе и на тај начин омогућује креирање иновативних организација и повећање конкурентности.
