Abstract

Foreing direct investments are very important factor in any economyand is mainly aimed at taking control over the management of enterprise which are transferred to capital so that capital ownership and capital function remain in close relation. This feature direct investment is of great importance for exporters of capital. By foreing investment companies organize production on a global scale, ensure efficient supply of row materials, energy, labor as an input, then the marketing of products and services such output in the most important markets in a profitable way. On the basis of such a business, companies can in an optimal way to take advantage of its strengths in technology, knowledge and economies of scale. Spillover effects of foreign direct investments , especially green field investments are significant and important for economic growth and social well-being of the country.
