CREDIT WORTHINESS OF A COMPANY: CASE STUDY

Credit rating comes from the need to determine the financial situation of the company, as well as financial reputation. By identifying some indicators for solvency assessment, as an indicator of short-term - liquidity, may be determined in the wrong situation of the company, and it is important to do analysis on the basis of published financial statements. There are many techniques for processing credit worthiness of the company, a traditional method is considered to be the most effective technique. The obtained data is compared on the basis of reference values and this determining creditworthiness and the situation in the company. At the end, solvency companies can be good, acceptable and bad. It is important to determine which indicators point to poor credit worthiness, and then do everything that they repaired to prevent the bankruptcy of the company.
