THE IMPORTANCE OF INSURANCE INSTITUTIONS ON THE DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL MARKET

In addition to its essential role, the protection of property and persons, insurance has a significant and extraordinary development role. It stems from the fact that insurance premiums are paid in advance, and that the compensation paid as result the insured cases. It is well known that especially high-quality funds for investment in financial markets represents money from life insurance funds that has dugoročnasvojstva in this paper, the subject of the research is the total of the importance of insurance on financial market in the country and outside the framework of the State.
The Institucionality of insurance in each the phenomenal mind carries with him is proof of its importance for each country. For this reason, the aim of this paper is to explain the importance of the insurance industry, not only in its basic function the protection of property but also wider in linking and all the stronger international character of these activities.
