Apstrakt

Функционална храна је новији тренд у исхрани, а односи се на намирнице које поред своје основне функције да задовољавају нутритивне потребе имају и секундарну, не мање важну функцију, да позитивно утичу на здравље човека, било да су превентива настанку обољења или имају терапеутски карактер. Са растом тражње наведене категорије хране расту и мотиви за истраживања тржишта, потрошача и нормативног уређења промета. Веза између хране и здравља је научно доказана и значајна. Развојем тржишта и подстицањем промета функционалне хране у добитку су и произвођачи и потрошачи, као и друштво у целини. Тржиште функционалне хране у Србији је у развоју и може имати пресудан утицај на производне токове. Циљ рада је да се истраже значајнији фактори који утичу на промет функционалне хране, као и да се сагледа како би правна регулатива могла унапредити тржишне токове.
