Apstrakt

Подстицање запошљавања, смањење сиромаштва и побољшање квалитета живота у руралним подручјима представљају важне директне и индиректне циљеве Заједничке аграрне политике Европске уније. Предмет истраживања је утицај мера Заједничке аграрне политике на кретање запослености у руралним подручјима Европске уније. Применом квалитативних метода истраживања сагледан је утицај мера Заједничке аграрне политике на запосленост руралне популације у периоду од 2007. до 2013. године. Циљ истраживања је квантификовање утицаја мера директне подршке и мера политике руралног развоја на задржавање постојећих и креирање нових радних места. На основу сагледавања дисперзије субвенција и кретања стопе запослености по појединим типовима руралних подручја, у раду се оцењује степен садашњег и будућег утицаја Заједничке аграрне политике на руралну запосленост. Мере Заједничке аграрне политике Европске уније могу имати директан и индиректан утицај на запосленост у руралним подручјима, посебно у области пољопривреде и привредних делатности, које се на њу наслањају. Утицај Заједничке аграрне политике може бити позитиван и у случају одређених мера подршке довести до раста запослености. Међутим, није занемарљив ни негативан утицај који резултира смањењем броја радних места у аграрном сектору и/или напуштањем пољопривреде.
