BANKE VERSUS FONDOVI RIZIČNOG I PRIVATNOG KAPITALA – SUPSTITUT ILI KOMPLEMENT?

Финансијски системи како развијених земаља, тако и земаља у развоју су се кроз историју ослањали на претежно на банкарске институције као носиоце финансијске активности. Међутим, развојем финансијског тржишта појављују се други учесници који делом допуњују, а делом истискују банке са финансијског тржишта. Уистину и банке су ради опстанка прошириле свој портфолио активности чиме је дошло до неминовног преклапања активности међу учесницима на финансијском тржишту. У развијеним земљама, знатни раније, институционални инвеститори преузимају део тржишта од банака својим активностима. У земљама у развоју се знатно касније јављају услед недовољне развијености финансијског тржишта. Међу институционалним инвеститорима се јављају осигуравајућа друштва, инвестициони фондови, па чак и појединци. У Србији, као земљи у развоју, се тек у последњих пар година даје на значају овим институцијама. Аутори с тога, указују на значај посебно фондова ризичног и приватног капитала као потенцијалних финансијера и актера на финансијском тржишту. Циљ овог рада је да утврди да ли фондови ризичног и приватног капитала, посматрајући европске земље, одузимају тржишно учешће банкама или једноставно допуњују финансијске токове које банке не могу или не желе да покрију?
