INDEBTEDNESS AND FINANCIAL STABILITY OF HOTELS IN AP VOJVODINA

The measurement of indebtedness and financial stability of the hotels makes it possible to see sustainability of their business. The aim of the paper is to determine which internal factors significantly affect the indebtedness and financial stability of hotels in AP Vojvodina. The subject of this research includes 478 observations in the territory of AP Vojvodina for the period 2014-2018. The results of empirical analysis indicate a significant impact of profitability and financial stability on indebtedness level of the analyzed hotels. On the other hand, growth of sales revenue, earnings before interest and taxes have a significant impact on financial stability level of the observed hotels in AP Vojvodina.
