POLITIČKI ODLUČIOCI I OBAVEŠ-TAJNE AGENCIJE

Веома мали број политичара схвата тежину обавештајног рада. Наручивати прибављање одређених информација за њих је исто што и рутинска набавка било које врсте робе у некој од продавница. Уз извесне разлике, они у суштини јесу „потрошачи”, који неретко не могу да примерено артикулишу своје жеље. Због неартикулисаних или нереалних захтева, с једне стране, немогућности обавештајаца да постављене захтеве испуне или незадовољавајућих одговора, с друге стране, најчешће долази до несугласица и трвења између политичких чинилаца и обавештајних агенција, при чему обавештајци, у крајњем, постају „потрошна роба”.
У раду се разматрају и други аспекти узрока и последица таквих односа, који само за неупућене могу бити идеални.
