Abstract

Today, when developed countries are striving for globalization, they want to at the same time to protect your space from various hazards. The enormous fear of the developed countries are causing terrorism, corruption and organized crime, while countries in transition are generally declared declaratively to fight these phenomena, and in practice, little what they do to truly suppress them. All activities are reduced to the routine work of the police and the judiciary, without significant results.

Modern forms of organized crime often involve certain ones international links between different criminal organizations.

The international situation of organized crime is typical for Some offenses such as smuggling, trafficking in human beings are unauthorized production, possession and marketing of narcotic drugs, money laundering, etc.

The subject of research in this paper is the emergence of intelligence work during the development of civilization and the historical aspect of police infiltration Cryogenic environment. Intelligence was created with the first indications the development of society and over time evolved with great progress, in which are the protagonists of man and the community.

The goal of researching intelligence is to get the best out of history development meets the nature of this institute and the way it operates. To that way we also learned the meaning of its introduction into the legislation.
