LEGAL TRANSACTIONS OF SUBJECTIVE COPYRIGHT

The authors in this work analyze the legal transactions of subjective copyright. When it comes to the subjective copyright transactions, one should keep in mind the fact that its content, in addition to property rights, includes personal authorization. This results in the application of two legal regimes in relation to subjective copyright transactions: one for personal authorization, the other for property rights. Therefore, the subject of the work is the analysis of both legal regimes. In addition, there is a difference between the translatory and constitutive transactions of property rights of the author. In view of the application of the monistic theory on the legal nature of subjective copyright, the author and his successor can dispose of their property rights from copyright only in a constitutive way.
