THE RIGHT OF BROADCASTING ORGANIZATIONS IN THE SERBAIN LAW

The activity of television program production has increased over the last fifteen years. The authors analyze the content of the rights of the producer of the issue as a subject of rights, that is, the persons whose funds and in whose organization the issue was produced. The right of the manufacturer of the broadcast is the exclusive right that empowers its holder to prohibit or permit the use of the broadcast, or any sound, visual or sound and visual content that has been converted into an electric, electromagnetic or other signal for public broadcasting. Accordingly, the subject of the work is the protection of emissions in terms of broadcasted radio or television programs. This means that the object of protection is not a broadcast signal (the signal is only a bell-shaped carrier), and it is not itself, nor the spiritual content that is the subject of the show (for example, work, video, etc.). Also, there is a difference between a television show, as a related concept, and a television format.
