THE IMPACT OF MIGRATION TO STRENGTHENING VIOLENT EXTREMISM IN FRANCE

The author researches explores to what ways all modern migration influences the generation of extremism in France. The paper uses the case study method and comparative analysis, since comparative Islamist and right-wing extremism are compared. The main hypothesis in this paper is - arrival of migrants in France intensifies islamistically funded extremism in the form of jihadist terrorism. Response is strengthened by the nationalist and neo-Nazi right, which is a major challenge for the French security system. The conclusion is that the prevention is only successful fight against extremism and terrorism, which should be focused on preventing radicalization and violent extremism. France is one of the few countries that has invested a lot of money in various types of preventive programs (in the form of deradicization), but which have so far not proved to be particularly successful. Colonial inheritance and a large number of Muslim origin migrants who are not adequately integrated into the French system make it a difficult struggle against contemporary extremism and terrorism.
