ŠPIJUNAŽA SA ASPEKTA MEĐUNARODNOG PRAVA

Аутор ће у раду размотрити шпијунажу из перспективе међународних закона, јер њен концепт у склопу ових норми представља свеобухватну и превентивну дефиницију за шпијунажу која се може генерализовати на све њене модалитете. Циљ рада је испитати како се међународно право бави активностима везаним за шпијунажу, а такође ће бити презентовани основни принципи и феноменологија ове контраверзне појаве. Шпијунажа је данас постала сложен процес који се одвија у различитим областима, и то не само о између завађених земаља у погледу политичких противника, већ и између оних које су међусобно пријатељски настројене. Испуњена парадоксом и супротностима, шпијунажа и даље заузима амбивалентно место у међународном праву са којим се налази у једном дисхармоничном односу.. Контекст у ком се шпијунажа спомиње у међународним законима испрва је дискусија о шпијунским оружаним сукобима о којима се дуго расправљало, али и поред тога, шпијунажа са просторног и временског аспекта варира од зависности од случаја до случаја.
