Apstrakt

У овом раду говори се o утицају који догађаји са културном компонентом остављају на дестинацију. Јер, осим што унапређују локални понос у култури, догађаји стварају јак идентитет и имиџ локалне заједнице, односно, брендирају дестинацију. Поред тога, могу промовисати аутохтоне националне мањине, и оставити бројне позитивне или негативне, економске, друштвене, еколошке, политичке и друге ефекте и последице на дестинацију. Надаље, објашњено је шта су стејкхолдери, дат је приказ неких типологија, те њихова улога у процесу организације и реализације догађаја као и стејкхолдерске групе које су типичне у културном туризму.
