RAST NASILNIH SEPARATISTIČKIH POKRETA INJIHOV UTICAJ NA BEZBEDNOST NACIONALNIH DRŽAVA

Apstrakt

Сепаратизам као друштвено-историјски феномен представља предмет истраживања низа научних дисциплина. Управо због ове чињенице прецизно дефинисање самог појма отежано је и ограничено различитим теоријским интерпретацијама аутора односно конкретним циљевима којим се истраживањем желе постићи. Право на самоопредељење (одређење) представља основ сецесионистичких активности етничких група које теже конституисању новог државног и друштвеног уређења или радикалној измени постојећег. Наиме право на самоодређење не подразумева нужно стварање нове државе већ се позивањем на њега може остварити одређени степен аутономије без потребе прекрајања постојећих граница. Сепаратистички покрети последњих неколико деценија постају снажан инструмент тзв. „хибридних сукоба“, са негативним безбедносних импликацијама на националном, регионалном и глобалном нивоу анализе. Циљ овог рада јесте систематичан преглед појединих радова у којима се указује на опасност сепаратистичких покрета по поједине вредности (као нпр. становништво, територијална целовитост и сувереност) које се штите националном безбедношћу. Истраживачки фокус усмерен је на сепаратистичке покрете који су се појавили на Афричком континенту и који се од осталих покрета широм света, разликују по насилним средствима које користе у својој борби за независност.
