INSTITUCIONALIZACIJA REGIONALNE POLITIČKE SARADNJE KROZ BERLINSKI PROCESS

До отпочињања „Серије самита Западног Балкана“, тзв. Берлинског процеса, политичка сарадња у овом региону одвијала се спорадично и без платформе фокусиране искључиво на Западни Балкан. Рад ће настојати да докаже да је Берлински процес у периоду од 2014. до краја 2018. године стекао обележја институције регионалне политичке сарадње, по критеријумима „новог“ институционализма. Тиме је створен потенцијал за убрзање интеграције држава региона, иако нема доказа да је овај развој догађаја био намеравана последица иницијатора процеса. Рад ће указати на карактеристике, ток, резултате и исходе Берлинског процеса, показаће како се кроз њега институционализује регионална политичка сарадња и предложити могуће правце унапређења политичке сарадње на Западном Балкану кроз дизајн институције Берлинског процеса.
