Apstrakt

Рад анализиран појам, настанак и облике техностреса код запослених. Анализира основу за настанак техностерса кроз информатичку револуцију и промене у начину пословања које су донеле информационо-комуникационе технологије. У раду је представљено и пет технодимензија које су непосредни узрочници техностреса: Техно-преоптерећеност, Техно-инвазија, Техно-комплексност, Техно-несигурност и Техно-неизвесност. Даље, анализира различите аспекте узрока и последица техностреса у смислу испољавања истих на психичке и физичке способности и реакције запослених у краткорочном и дугорочном смислу. Поред овога, анализирана је једна од најзначајнијих студија из ове области, аутора Сало, Пирккалаинен, Цхуа и Kоскелаинен, која уједно даје и препоруке како за предупређивање (дела) техностреса, тако и умањивање последица истог.
