Apstrakt

Аутор у овом раду разматра процес конституционализације Европске уније, тј. њеног преобликовања у поредак са уставном структуром, из перспективе историјског институционализма. Први део рада се односи на проучавање институција са становишта историјског институционализма. Имајући у виду главне актере у Европској унији – државе чланице, институције и грађане, аутор им је посветио посебне делове рада. Процес конституционализације се одвија као последица интеракције ових актера, а историјски институционализам објашњава да тај процес није линеаран и постепен, већ је последица одређених избора који су начињени у критичним периодима, након чега је детерминисан даљи развој Европске уније.
