Abstract

This paper analyses the media censorship in Arabic countries, that is in those nations that share common, Arabic language, where Islam is an official, state religion, and that before 20th century and division on national coutries had similar, “Arabic” culture. Having in mind that censorship as a phenomenon, problem and a solution is specifically represented in these countries, author has chosen exactly them with the purpose to offer a scatch which can be useful for further analysis of this area and similar academic fields.
