Abstract

Today, copyrights face a problem they have not met at a time when analogue technology was dominant. The mere technical possibility that a copyrighted work can be copied smoothly in a perfect way in countless copies in itself constitutes a threat to copyright holders and those who expect to generate profits from them. On the other hand, all of this underlines the emergence of new types of crime, and the infringement of copyright in general, such as noncommercial or commercial infringements (sometimes it is simply sharing material without personal gain but with material damage to the right holder). All this leads to new licences that need to simplify the entire procedure, such as the innovative GNU and Creative Commons licences, which are increasingly present, and most often we first saw them on the free encyclopedia, Wikipedia. The CC license is primarily based on seven subcategories whereby certain commercial rights or changes of work are denied or allowed. We can say that the copyright branch in this respect is the most dynamic of all branches of law and will undergo a lot of changes in line with constantly changing technology.
