Abstract

Many authors define security as state of protection, although concept of security has much larger meaning. Following logic, it is possible to adduce that, opposite to state of security, there is state of endangerment (insecurity). Concept of security endangerment, however, is complex itself, as almost everything that is connected with term ‘security’. This perspective is evident and depends on variety of facts of political and sociological characteristics which, in accordance with current state, are separately established. Existence, in longer time periods, of phenomena that lead to ruining of integrity of man, integrity and sovereignty of state and its institutions or humanity in total, is simplified by terminological specification of security endangerment which can be , of course, variously interpreted, previously understanding differentiated systematic approaches and relative nature of security.
