THE FACTORS IN HUMAN POTENTIAL MANAGEMENT

Human potential management is influenced by numerous factors present in the surroundings. These factors are most commonly divided into internal and external factors. Characteristics of human potential management in a particular organization are formed under the influence of both of these factors. These influences are not always oriented in the same direction. However, no matter how these influences are oriented, they always must me taken into account. The greatest responsibility for this belongs to the top mamangement of an organization.
