PROBLEM INNOVATIVE IN THE PROFFESIONAL SKILLS OF A UNIVERSITY LECTURER

Abstract

The author analyzes the pedagogical and didactic crisis of innovative activity of university professor. From a innovative point of view, the fundamental skills of academic as a university lecturer are being considered. In the contemporary high education there is in the out of sight starting point idea of university as community professor and students. The meaninag of study are changed. First, come up a crisis epistemological principle of science (pragmatism, profitable, specialization, ideology). Second, profit orientation has strong impact on the university vocation. In that sense, innovative effort into university profession, for example, notion of teaching, way of assessment, relation to students, and attitude towards exam literature, lose motivation. From theoretical point of view, the key concept are from sociological an pedagogy science. Method is theoretical and analyses critical new tendency in high education in Serbia. Arguments are theoretical and logical. Literature is relevant. In the conclusion, the author focuses on innovative as creative relation toward tacit knowledge, changed concept of study, complete dedication to scientific knowledge and reaffirm classic idea of university.
