IMPORTANCE GLORIFICATION EUROPEAN UNION LEGAL FRAMEWORK IN THE FIELD OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Keywords:
ecology, laws, EU, harmonizationAbstract
Looking at the situation today to protect the environment, it can be said that various issues of environmental or environment-related activities take up a significant part of the EU. However, only in the early seventies, then European Community (EC) has started to take more intensive political action in this area. This development can be understood if we compare that with the trend of raising awareness of the importance and consequences of global environmental problems as well (not) taking relevant subjects in the wider international community of the late XX Century.
