Abstract

The aim of this paper is to examine the impact of globalization on the banking sector in serbia and the world bank. And to show how the process of globalization affects the unfolding on modern techniques and technologies in banks. To describe the positive and negative effects of globalization on the banking sector and e-technology as a modern marketing tools and to understand whether and to what extent it contributes to the banking business and to what extent participate in the recognition banks. At the present time banking is affected by political, demographic, technological and other changes. Therefore, today the banks operate in a completely new and modern way. Development of the internet leads to the bank today available to clients at any place, and also changed the communication between the bank-client. All this is the result of the globalization of banks. The purpose of the research is to answer questions about the direction the bank wants to go, and who are positive and negative trends of global banks and e-technology both at home and abroad. The methods used are research and presentation of a bank in serbia and abroad.
