The work is based on the analytical insight of the author in the current situation and perspectives of intercultural projects and models that create the participation of minority groups and communities in the shaping of their cultural identity at the local level. The level of interculturality at the level of minority self-government in Vojvodina and Novi Sad through defining and development strategic directions of cultural industries with special emphasis on public policies and media activities. Given the fact that identity minority issues are most closely related to public policies and especially to the media sphere, it is crucial that they are normatively framed and implemented in the cultural, economic and political spheres of a certain legal-political system. It is obvious that the perspective of minority selfgovernments is reflected in the search for quality legal and practical solutions in achieving the collective rights of national minorities, in two equally important processes for each selfgovernment - decentralization processes and the process of achieving cultural autonomy. Therefore, the work affirms the promising increase of both mutually coupled socio-political processes in order to obtain a certain prediction of the contemporary intercultural model of minority self-government. It is natural for a good part of the work to intertwine other segments of creative industries (publishing, advertising, etc.), but the author's efforts are focused on marking experiences and perspectives in the domain of public and media activities. In this light, there is an indispensable correlation between the three levels (republic, provincial and city) of competencies and authorities that are reflected in the final form at the local level more precisely, to the level of minority self-government.
