Abstract

Serbia and Vojvodina (especially Vojvodina), due to their ethnically diverse structure, almost inevitably show a high degree of sensitivity to certain movements in the field of existing geopolitical constellations. Whether it is a closer region or that the aforementioned geopolitical overcomings are related to the global political arena. Given the fact that the very territory of Serbia and Vojvodina is territorially leaning towards the region (the Balkans region) characterized by very frequent ethnic disagreements as well as conflicts of more seriousness (such as the disintegration of the SFRY, for example), so that the area remained and remained neuralgic soil for permanent redefinition of established geopolitical positions and roles. More often, if one has in mind that the Serbian territorial corps in contemporary political history was often burdened with open issues and frequent ethnic tensions and dilemmas. Certainly, the migration crisis, as a marking global recomposition of multiethnic interstate relations and relations, inevitably affects Vojvodina's milieu and provokes proper consideration of the challenges that these events are creating and imposing. In addition, it is known that the migration route for the countries of Western Europe passes through Vojvodina, that the multinational relations themselves are too complex and latently irritating, as well as that ethnic tensions and the so-called "frozen conflict" with Kosovo have their reflection on the overall relations in Serbia and Vojvodina. All this leads to the attempt of a comprehensive analysis and multi-dimensional explanation of the phenomenon and the current state of our work in particular.
