ORIGIN AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE AUTONOMY OF SOUTH TYROL

Abstract

The consideration of the issue, namely the development and contemporary shaping of South Tyrol, is not new. There are a numerous theoretical discussions on the topic of South Tyrol, and more numerous references to political and organizational solutions that should serve as an example of tackling the tensions of the political trenches. It can be said that it is completely justified and understandable that South Tyrol is a role model and to achieve similar results in other areas. Namely, South Tyrol today is the quiet and richest Italian province, which is, at the same time, one of the most prosperous areas in the European Union. Considering the unfortunate history of this area, numerous victims and seemingly irreconcilable attitudes and when compared with today's results, it is justified tendency to transfer the experience of this area elsewhere in order to achieve similar relations and similar values . This work can be divided into several parts. The first thing to do is to look at today's demographic and economic situation. The second part relates to historical burdens, ranging from Rome's hegemony to ballast of modern history. is to point to efforts and political-legal solutions, compromises, administration innovations and all other factors that have contributed to today's positive effects and aspirations.
