Abstract

This paper deals with the conception of justice and the rights of two key liberal theorists, which include J. B. Rols and R. Dvorkin. Their theories of justice have been analyzed from the angle of modernization of the theory of the political system and the form of social-political form. It confirms the basic starting assumption that a newer analysis of the political form has a tendency of greater dynamization in the description of the basic categories that have so far been considered static categorical starting points.
