Abstract

The building of modern society and its culture in the global environment greatly depends on the development of science and application of technicaltechnological achievements. More developed the society is, more organized are state bodies enabling their citizens a greater comfort in doing business in relation citizen – state. Today’s development of science, technics and technology provides a higher level of modernization of state bodies by applying informational-communicational technologies (ICT). This led to the appearance of the phenomenon e-Governement where the main aspiration of the state is to offer a large number of easilly accessible cervises to citizens and business entities for doing business with the state.
