SECURITY CULTURE IN THE CONTEXT OF CONTEMPORARY ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR

Abstract

Organizational behavior correlates with the organizational culture, with what is not known about the place and role of security culture (as a segment of the organizational culture), in the context of organizational behavior. Given the specificity expressed by the research object, it is structured the main part of this statement, which includes consideration of: 1) the basic features of modern organizational behavior, 2) group dynamics in contemporary organizational behavior, 3) the informal organization as a way of modern organizational behavior, 4) basic features of the security culture, and 5) the impact of security culture in the modern organizational behavior. The implementation of research findings among other things, to draw conclusions about the security culture: 1) as a factor of organizational behavior, 2) his own influence exercised as part of a broader - organizational culture, 3) impact on organizational behavior through incentives such element of behavioral model and complete model of organizational behavior, 4) does not affect the cognitive model of organizational behavior, 5) affects the incentives to direct, and through them, the impact on other aspects of organizational behavior, 6) in organizational behavior affects all elements of their own, where they discussed by the text as: values, norms, attitudes and beliefs, and 7) affect the formal and informal organization, and the group dynamics within them.
