The purpose of this paper is to introduce, what we can say is completely ignored factor, of a role that symbolic order has in the development of pathology. It should be, despite the current practice, central to the developmental psychology and social psychology, not just developmental psychopathology. By birth child enters into the world of discourse, where he has prepared a place in the linguistic world of the parents. Selected name, and almost one could say, accurately traced path for success of the child creates what is called a linguistic Second or Second as language that has dominant influence not only on the socialization, but on the entire structuring, and structuring of pathology. The new nosology, which are highly correlated with urban life, are marked by the problem of representation.
