The paper is concerned with the role of the Managament in the field of National Security. Theoretical framework of the Managament is analised in perspective of the two main aspects, classical and humanological one, which are concerned as possible approaches to improvement of the conception of the National Security. Espaccialy, the role of the Human and Societal resources is concived In corse of introducing an Humanological Model of developing National Security Standards.
