Abstract

Economic crisis been numerical et capitalism in term its arrival toward and at all stages of its development. Market economy is risk per se, so that risk is immanent in market, and its middle name.

At the first response in global economic crisis mainly was speaking about failings of liberal market, not about state imperfections and its role in market control. However, market is not so liberal how itself, when is arised crisis herein debated and not the main cause of crisis. State not only with regulations, already and with economic measures has influence in market flow, and the regulatory failures caused this unprecedented global economic crisis.

In regard that market mechanism operate in culture as far as relativism become the idea of culture, as far as identify culture with consumption with economic standpoint of value at culture. Culture as expression of human creativity in its development not trend to change the world, already yes itself to profit, as all other activity. This study attempt to extricate the relationship between economic crisis and culture, and their dependence. The understanding of the relationship between economic culture and crisis will assist in the fashioning of decisions that affects these areas.

Effort for restoration economic growth are essential, since are reply in query what is in fact the future development target, wether are that goals of economic welfare, employment, environment protection and improvement educational structure and the cultural level of population at meeting with new technological challenge. Therefore the economic recovery plans of developed countries in corpore contain structural reform what guide toward economic growth. Investment at research, education and culture, infrastructure and energetics there are multiple positive effect maintaining and strenghtening concurrency.

Competative advantage at future in development, knowledge and technological progress primarily to mark out. Maladjusted countries under globalization conditions would be whoso evolucionally, technological and cultural to fall behind or what have not a development strategy and social cohesion, particularly insufficient to invest at education and culture.

Accordingly, the crisis issuing not but solution of non-liquidity, than is and creation condition for tenable future comprehensive development.

Appreciation cause crisis was prerequisite for acceptance effective measure through recovery prospect at many countries. The world today faces both short-term and long-term challenges with define farther development directions. New economic card point out different growth potential and possibility for sustained cultural level . On the one side, people are mutual all near spatial and times, and, again, more and more remote with further growth inequality.
