It is known that after leaving the prisons to the freedom, former convicted person faces with a number of problems, financial, social, psychological, residential and medical nature that he is not able to overcome, and therefore due to the aforementioned difficulties, he may succumb and return to committing crimes. Therefore, the need for organizing the system of social reintegration and concerns for prisoners arose from the need to reduce the risk of crime committed in the recall.
