Abstract

Corruption is a phenomenon that is constantly present, and that with its implications of pervasive and earthquakes entire social systems, both micro and macro levels. It represents the most perfidious and most complex form of organized crime and as such contribute to its progression and rooting in the institutions of the system, so it can rightly point out that corruption was a "cancer - wound" each society. The concept of corruption does not mean, as is usually thought, gifts and notes in blue envelopes and does not constitute unlawful behavior exclusively, but degrade the moral norms, promoting depravity, corruption, dishonesty, nepotism and similar deviant behavior. Therefore, a modern democratic society, corruption treated as a social evil, who are trying to solve. However, as a complex social phenomenon, which is very difficult to trace and that is really immeasurable, the results in terms of combating this phenomenon on a global level are devastating.
