The main objective of this paper is to analize the benefits of quality of service from the standpoint of competitive advantage in the markwet. A modern approach to the market involves the selection of appropriate strategies that will enable the achievement of company goals. The quality of the service provided is the implementation of business strategies based on the principles of marketing in service companies. The main objective of the research is siatematizacia ehisting knowledge in this field, using the qualitative metthods of marketing research, as well as the methods of statistical data processing, but also to point out the change and remove the obstacles that hinder the positioning of the enterprise in the market. To explore gained importance and effects needed to achieve the basic goal, to win over, retain and win new customers of the company to achieve its goals in the marketplace
