THE EURO - A CURRENCY WITHOUT A STATE

The paper deals with one constructive error of the European Union – the lack of a stabilization fiscal policy. It argues that this is a weakness, presents current proposals for its inclusion in the arsenal of economic policy instruments and mentions political obstacles.
