Abstract

In this paper, the author deals with the history of the attacks towards the institution of the family. The actors are analyzed who for two centuries target and systematically undermine the traditional family, considering that it is the main obstacle to the revolutionizing of modern societies. Special attention is paid to the communist contribution to this enterprise. After listing the pioneering contributions of the French bourgeois revolution, author focues on theoretical contribution of Fridrich Engels and illustrates the revolutionary practice of the Bolshevik Revolution, which was interrupted by Stalin's measures in 1936. It was partially restored after his death in 1953, but a full flourishing came after 1990, when these ideas were returned through the Western mediation.
