Keywords:
scientific research methodology, legal order, criminal law, international methodological standardsAbstract
The theme of this paper, conceptualized as a methodology for scientific inquiry in criminal law, has multiple goals. One of the goals is to look at the essential elements without which the research and writing of the research paper cannot be expected, while the other objectives are to indicate to the reader how to achieve the previously stated using scientific methods. The idea of this paper was to give young and future researchers who have motives to study criminal law norms and postulates concisely the most important and important segments of research without which the successful conduct of scientific research cannot be expected. The paper is conceptualized in several significant areas, and in addition to the introductory and concluding considerations, particular attention has been paid to issues ranging from the topic of scientific research work, to the goals, presentations and contributions of scientific research work, while the issue of the correlation between the scientific objective and the scientific method is considered separately. The necessity of knowing this topic arises from the fact that science is a set of systematically viewed verifiable knowledge about a particular topic, and therefore scientific research is also a systematic consideration, analysis and search for facts on the basis of which certain conclusions can be drawn.
