Abstract

It is considered impossible to achieve business results in business systems without good recruitment, observed in the long term. The quality management system provides a strategy and procedures that can affect the performance of the work process. The employees are the ones who play a key role in development of business systems. Therefore, it should be noted that the recruitment has a long-term effects, especially in terms of costs and regarding the quality of employees.
