VIOLENT CRIME IN SERBIA

On the territory of the Republic of Serbia, there is widespread fan violence in sports facilities, and their environment (stadiums, halls) before, during and after sports competitions / events, as illustrated by empirical research. Walking became a place where the manifest violence directed against persons and property. If an attempt is made in research to increase security in society and reduce the fear of citizens from violent crime as a very special and multidimensional problem, then it would be in terms of action on social factors could potentiate a variety of activities at all social levels. A comprehensive approach to combating violent crime requires a general and well-designed engagement entirely different social factors and the considerable human and material resources. All public authorities from the police, prosecution and courts, social services, education system, together with NGOs, media and other social institutions must act together and coordinated so that the effects of their work led to the desired results in terms of opposition to violent crime.
